A: We offer free samples of our stretch wrap, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Q: Can I get a sample to check before shipping the final goods?
A: Absolutely! Before production, we provide free pre-production samples for checking. During production, we send product photos and mass production photos. Any inspection is possible. After shipment, if there's any problem with the product due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility.
Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment through bank account, Western Union, and ***. You can make a T/T payment with a 30% down payment and the balance against a copy of the B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
